American actor, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has softened his stance on his male colleagues – who he publicly referred to as ‘chicken sh*t’ – by saying ‘conflict can be a good thing’ for the crew.
The Fast & Furious 8 star expressed that it is normal for opinions to differ but it is more important how well they learn and move on from it.
‘You guys reading this know how much I believe in the idea of team effort. That means respecting every person, their time and their value when they step onto my set or partner with our production company. And like with any team, that’s a family, there’s gonna be conflict,’ he wrote.
‘Family is gonna have differences of opinion and fundamental core beliefs. To me, conflict can be a good thing, when it’s followed by great resolution. I was raised on healthy conflict and welcome it. And like any family, we get better from it.’
The Rock’s latest view comes just a day after franchise co-star, Tyrese moved to quell any growing tensions when stating he has a cordial relationship with the former wrestler.
