The 2016 edition of Felabration; an annual music festival conceived in 1998 by Yeni Anikulapo-Kuti in memory and celebration of her father, Fela Kuti kicked off in Lagos on Monday, October 10, 2016.
This year’s festival is themed, ‘Everybody say Yeah Yeah’ and it has witnessed some amazing performances in the last two days with the likes of Jaywon, Kcee, and Skiibii delivering.
It continues today, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 with an event tagged ‘DJ Groove’ which will feature performances from local and international DJs.

The following artistes are expected to perform on this day: Omawumi, Simi, L.A.X, May D, Chinko Ekun, Mz Kiss, Dice Ailes, Toby Grey, Lindiwe Maxolo, Mr Plana, Yemovo, Terry Apala, Ade Guitar, Sean Kid, Bodun Trumpet, Skuki, Ado, Saeon, Eva, Falana and Saheed Osupa.
Friday October 14, 2016.
Friday will be the turn of the following artistes to perform: Falz, Reekado Banks, Dremo, Di’Ja, Small Doctor, Olalakeside, Seinde Jo Orlando, Danagog, Mayorkun, CDQ, Eedris Abdulkareem, Oritsefemi, Daddy Showkey, Jojo Body Beats, Xbusta, Dagold, Kimsmallz, Trigmatic, Acetune and Em Kay.
Saturday October 15, 2016.
The roster of performers for this day features Seun Kuti as well as Vector, Waje, Jesse Jagz, Praiz, Mc Galaxy, Prince Osito, Wale Thompson, Niniola, Rayce, Classiq, Omo Akin, Arese, Seriki, Zayo, Iyo, Mizz Spice, Modiva, Gerald Eze, Seun Olota and Kehinde Sax.
Sunday October 16, 2016.
The final day of the festival will see some of the biggest names feature, with Femi Kuti, M.I Abaga, Patoranking, BOJ, Ras Kimono, Cynthia Morgan, Nneka, Seyi Shay, Koker, Africa United Band, Oranmiyan Band, Tolu Obey Band, TWO, Moblow, Alexanda Atune and Xcape all billed to perform.
