KENYA’S SAUTI SOL ARE 2016 MAMAS BEST MUSIC GROUP

Kenya’s Sauti Sol have won the award for Best Group at the ongoing MAMAs in South Africa.

The band, dressed in suits, thanked their team and everybody who have been supporting their movement as they picked up the second award of the night.


Others nominated in the category include Ghana’s R2Bees, Togo’s Toofan, Tanzania’s Navy Kenzo and South Africa’s Mi Casa.

Last year, Nigeria’s P-Square won the award for Best Group ahead of the Kenyan band, South Africa’s Black Motion and Angola’s B4.
