Just after the performance of Korede Bello, AY came on stage to present the Best Live Act award.
South African rapper Cassper Nyovest beat off Nigeria’s Flavour, Stonebwoy and Mafikizolo to win the award, which is the first giving out at the show.
‘God is good all the time,’ he said as he picked up the gong.
